What a valid notice must contain
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Identification of the material and where it appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
How fast we respond
A complete notice is acknowledged within 2 business days and acted on within 5 business days. If something required is missing we send the notice back and tell you what we still need before we can proceed.
Counter-notices
Believe we removed something of yours by mistake? Send a counter-notice by the same route, with the same identifying details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was in error. We will pass it along as the law requires.
