Walk through it one step at a time
Pick your Apple player
The choice on Apple is small and that keeps it easy. IPTV Smarters Player is free on tvOS and iOS and is the right default; its free App Store version is listed as "Smarters Player Lite", so do not be thrown by the name. iPlayTV, which is Apple-only, and GSE Smart IPTV are paid alternatives with a cleaner feel. Skip anything styled TiviMato or Tivimax — they are not TiviMate, and TiviMate does not exist on Apple at all. Decide which one you want before opening the store.
Open the App Store
On Apple TV the App Store sits on the home screen; on an iPhone or iPad it is the usual blue App Store icon. Make sure your Apple ID is signed in, since a free app still needs an account to download. If you are setting up both the Apple TV and a phone, you can grab the app on each from the same Apple ID.
Install your chosen player
Search for "Smarters Player Lite", "iPlayTV" or "GSE Smart IPTV" and install. Smarters is free; the others carry a one-time price. On Apple TV you can even start the download from your phone's App Store and it appears on the TV, which saves typing on the on-screen keyboard.
Add your IPTVUSA4K login
Open the app, choose the Xtream Codes option, and enter the username, password and server URL. On an iPhone this is where Apple pays off: you can paste each field straight out of the WhatsApp conversation, which removes the typing mistakes that cause most failed logins. If we sent an M3U link instead, the apps take that in their playlist field just as readily.
Play a channel, then set up AirPlay if you want
Start a channel to confirm the login works and the picture is steady — that is your verification step. If you would rather not install anything on the television itself, use AirPlay: play the channel on your iPhone or iPad and cast it to an Apple TV or any AirPlay-capable set in the same room. It is a tidy way to get the big screen without a second setup. Any trouble, and a WhatsApp photo gets you a human.
When something goes wrong (and how we fix it)
The channel list loads but a stream will not play
Some channels use codecs Apple devices only decode with the right engine selected. In the app settings, switch the player engine to VLC or FFmpeg and the stream that refused usually starts immediately. If one specific channel still will not play while everything else is fine, that feed is the issue rather than your device, and support can confirm it from our side on WhatsApp.
You cannot find the right app in the App Store
Search for "Smarters Player Lite" rather than "IPTV Smarters Pro", because the free Apple listing uses the Lite name and people miss it looking for the full title. If your App Store is set to a region where a listing is absent, do not start changing your Apple ID country — message us instead and we will name a player that is available to you, which is quicker and keeps your account untouched.
AirPlay shows the picture but the sound drops out
An AirPlay stream with no audio is nearly always a mismatch between the phone's output and the receiving set. Start the channel playing first and only then open AirPlay, keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi, and check the TV is not muted on its own remote. Toggling the iPhone's ring switch and nudging its volume once the stream is mirroring often jolts the audio back, since the phone sometimes routes sound to its own speaker by mistake. If the drop-out persists on one channel, play it directly in the app on the Apple TV instead — a quick message to us confirms whether the feed or the AirPlay link is at fault.

Is there an IPTV Smarters for Apple TV?
Yes — on the tvOS App Store, free, listed as Smarters Player Lite. It supports the Xtream login with the guide, catch-up and on-demand sections all working. TiviMate genuinely is not on Apple TV no matter what the similarly named listings suggest, so Smarters is the one to reach for on tvOS.
Can I watch IPTVUSA4K on my Mac?
Three ways, and all take the same login. Install IPTV Smarters Player from the Mac App Store, open the M3U link in VLC or IINA, or sign in to the browser player — our Windows PC and Mac guide walks through each in turn. For a quick look at whether an account is live, the browser player is fastest since there is nothing to install.
Is it easier to use AirPlay or install on the Apple TV?
Installing Smarters Player Lite directly on the Apple TV gives the smoother long-term experience, with a proper guide and favorites on the big screen. AirPlay is the better choice when you only watch occasionally or do not want anything new on the TV. You can do both — install on the Apple TV and still AirPlay the odd thing from your phone when it suits.
Which iPhones and iPads can run it?
Anything on iOS 14 or newer, which covers every iPhone and iPad sold in the last several years, so your current handset is almost certainly fine. The app itself is light and does not lean on the latest chip, meaning an older iPad kept as a kitchen or bedside screen handles it perfectly well. On the television side you want an Apple TV 4K or HD rather than one of the very early boxes.
